We are a made to order business which means as soon as your order is placed, we get to work producing it for you. For that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged goods. To find out more about this policy, please email us.
We utilize an on-demand business model to make sure we can offer the highest quality product at a reasonable price. Because of this, and unless otherwise noted, please allow three to seven business days to receive a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, your item is quoted by the carrier as taking four to twelve business days to arrive at your address depending on your location.
