Production and Standard Delivery Times

Kemet Lives items are made-to-order, which means they are produced AFTER an order is placed. This is for customization, personalization and to give our customer a wide range of designs to choose from. Please note that Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping Time. Our fulfillment and production centers are located across the US and internationally in order to establish the best pricing for customers. Therefore, processing and shipping time vary among product types. Please refer to the Shipping Section in the product page.

⚠ Note: 

  • Right after your order finishes processing and is sent out, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.
  • For personalized products, kindly allow us an extra  2 – 3 business days excluding processing time to work on the design.
  • Should you want to get an exact expected delivery time of the items you are to purchase, or have difficulties tracking your package, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at customercare@kemetlives.com. Our agents will kindly respond to your request.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping address. Final shipping charge will be displayed on the checkout page.

Promotion: We offer Free Shipping for orders over $150 shipped to the U.S.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

At Kemet Lives, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

*** Kemet Lives will send you A REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND if there are issues with your purchase, caused from our end. However, you must first send the original, unworn merchandise back to the provided shipping address (tracking must be included).  We will treat this loss as our responsibility for our neglect and your unsatisfactory shopping experience. 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE ***** Any order sent back to our office WITHOUT prior approval WILL NOT be received by us and no refund/exchange will be provided. *****

  • Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased after 40 days of placing your order. 
  • Damaged or defective items: We would offer a replacement. You can submit your order’s shipping label and a photo proof within 10 days of delivery shown by the tracking record.

Please note that we do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. Additionally, if you have a problem with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Department for personal assistance. 

Cancellation and Modification

If you wish to cancel or make a correction or modification to your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is no longer accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your payment institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
